UK – 19 Year Beats Terminally Ill Cancer Paitent and Walks Free.

What kind of a world are we living in when a 19 year old man can seriously beat A terminally ill cancer sufferer and walk free from court.

The atack was believed to be a case of mistaken identity, the victim a 62 year old suffering from terminal cancer needed hospital treatment after the attack.

“ just don't believe that can happen in this country, that they can walk out. "I think he should have been locked up straight away. I would have liked to see him get a nice long prison sentence.

Mr Oliver was left bleeding and battered in his doorway after the vicious attack and spent a week in intensive care.

The treatment of Mr Oliver at the hands of his attacker and the subsequent sentence handed down by St Albans Crown Court in Hertfordshire, has met with public outcry.
